Great refresher for educators

Great refresher for educators. I don't know if you are a podcast listener but there is a great podcast called Invisibilia that covers "expectancy effects" especially with regard to students and performance. Some of the research bleeds into Carol Dweck's Mindset research as well. What would happen if we could work to do this with our student relationships? I know most of us educators do our best but what about the aforementioned underlying biases that are much harder to be aware of? Thanks for the read !
